Do you represent a climbing organization that faces barriers accessing gear critical to your programming? Apply to become one of our Gear Distribution partners.

Eligible organizations are:

• led by individuals who are local to the community they serve

• based outside of the continental United States (or representing a Native American community)

• working to create positive economic, social, or environmental impact in their community through climbing

• experiencing significant barriers to accessing climbing gear critical to their programming (for example, gear is not available for purchase in your country)

Summer 2025 Gear Distribution Timeline

April 28: Application open

Early May: Informational webinars

May 23: Application closed

June 9: Decisions sent

June 10-27: Initial gear distribution meetings

November 1: Deadline for gear transportation

90 days after receipt of gear, or other date as agreed: Photos and impact metrics due

• represent a brand or gym that may be able to donate gear

• are traveling internationally and willing to donate luggage space

• or would like to donate funds or airline credit/miles to support gear distribution
