We are the first and only organization dedicated to the safe and sustainable development of climbing around the world.

The Global Climbing Initiative provides gear, grants, and education to local climbing communities around the world in order to to strengthen safety, expand access, create economic opportunity, and improve physical and mental wellbeing.

We are working together to create:

• Sustainable, locally-led climbing tourism for rural communities

• Access and leadership opportunities for women, youth, and people with disabilities

• Land stewardship and protection of the natural places we love

Together, we are equipping climbing communities worldwide with the knowledge and resources to thrive.

We move funding and resources directly to climbing organizations building safety, access, and opportunity in their own communities.
