She has a solid track record of improving organizational administration, stabilizing organizational finances, and building collaborative partnerships. She is a certified transformative mediator, facilitative mediator, restorative justice practitioner, and facilitator with experience in small claims, family, community, and business disputes. She is also an experienced trainer across diverse areas, from conflict management to legal research, serving audiences in the academic, nonprofit, public, and private sectors.
