Tim Casasola is a climber and organizational development consultant based in Los Angeles, California. He helps organizations of all types, shapes, and sizes work better. From looking at their vision and strategic priorities all the way down to how they communicate on a day-to-day basis — he feels lucky to have such a unique skillset.
